We understand things happen! However, we also desire to honor the time and commitment of the counselor for the duration of the appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time or failure to show up for the scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”), excluding emergency situations, gives the therapist the right to charge the full amount of the session fee. The definition of ’emergency’ is left to the discretion of the counselor. Failure to show up for the scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”), excluding emergency situations, will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the session fee.
