Can I change counselors?

Yes! Our top priority is to make sure you’re paired with the right counselor for your specific goals.

We want to invest in your mental health just like you’re investing in us.

If your current counselor isn’t the right fit, we will work closely with you to transfer you to another counselor on our team, and your first appointment with that new counselor will be at no charge to you**.

**Some limitations do apply. Please contact us to learn more.
