What is the Client Portal?
Curious about your counselor’s current availability? Want to request an appointment online or cancel a scheduled appointment without having to reach out to our office via phone or email? We are pleased to offer an online client portal for your convenience!
Who is it for?
Our Client Portal is accessible to current clients only. If you are a new client, please call our office directly for more information or to set up your first appointment with us. Or, if you are a current client and don’t have access to this portal, please give us a call at 303-902-3068. A simple email from us will get the process started quickly and painlessly!
A Few Tips
Please keep in mind that all appointments requested on the portal still need to be approved by our office. You will get a confirmation email once your appointment is approved or, a phone call from our office if another appointment time needs to be chosen.
Appointments may only be cancelled on the portal if your appointment is scheduled for more than 24 hours out. To change or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, please contact our office directly.
Please note: This is not where you will have your online counseling session. Please check your email for instructions on how to join your secure Zoom counseling session.
