How do I join my online session?

Online sessions can be accessed through your patient portal.

Your online session will be accessible to join the same day of your appointment. If any tech issues occur in this platform, your counselor may switch to Zoom.

You must register your portal account after scheduling your first session to have access to your portal.

Please contact our office team if you have any issues.

Cornerstone accepts CCHA Medicaid but does not bill other insurances. We do provide superbills for potential reimbursement.
