What are the hours of the Lakewood office?
Open Monday thru Saturday; appointments available between 9 am and 9 pm most days of the week.
If you arrive between 5-8 PM or on a Saturday the external doors are LOCKED. Your counselor will meet you at your appointment time to let you in.

WHICH COMMUNITIES DOES THIS OFFICE SERVE?
This is a great counseling office to consider if you live in Lakewood, Morrison, Golden, Littleton, Englewood, or Denver.
Proximity to 285 also makes it convenient for folks driving from Evergreen or Conifer.
what's parking like?
Parking at this location is easy! There’s a large, free lot in front of the building with plenty of spaces, and after-hours lighting if you have an appointment in the evening.
WHAT IS THE OFFICE LIKE?
When you enter the building, there is a large lobby area with a directory to help point the way. We are in Suite 132, which is down the hallway to the right.
Our office door opens to a small, private waiting room for our suite; help yourself to coffee, tea or water in our break room while you wait!
The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, and include comfortable couches and chairs. There is a dedicated play space for kids, and we have tons of toys, games, art supplies, and a sand tray. We generally light the rooms with lamps to avoid harsh overhead lighting.
We have cozy blankets and tissues (if you need them!). We also have extra insulation in the walls and ceilings, and a sound machine outside of each room provides extra confidentiality.
We want you to feel as comfy as possible while you and your therapist meet together!
IS THIS OFFICE ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! There is a handicap ramp to the right of the main entrance of the building, and powered doors to get inside. Accessible restrooms are also available.
The closest bus stop is just around the corner from our building (about a 10 minute walk), at Wadsworth and Jefferson – Route 76. We are also near the Wadsworth and Hampden Park-n-Ride.
CAN MY KIDS WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM?
While many of our counselors work with kids and their families, unattended children are not permitted in the waiting room.
If you are unable to find childcare at the time of your appointment, please contact your therapist to either include your child in the room, reschedule, or opt for online counseling instead.
DO COUNSELORS AT THIS LOCATION OFFER ONLINE THERAPY SESSIONS?
Yes! We strive to make Christian Therapy available to as many people as possible and online counseling is a great option!

Yes! Select counselors at our Lakewood location accept insurance and/or private pay options. Insurance availability varies by counselor, so we recommend reviewing the individual counselor bio pages or contacting our Client Care Coordinators for help finding the right match.
