3) I will open my heart to appreciate the following about friends or coworkers:
Take a moment to reflect on the positive qualities and experiences you share with your friends or coworkers. Consider their support, kindness, or the moments of laughter you’ve shared. 4) I will open my heart to appreciate the following about loved ones:
