About Us

Hello! My name is Jo Martin

I bring more than 30 years of hands-on senior leadership experience in a wide range of industries including financial services, non-profit, and higher education–including my role as vice president for Janus Capital, a Fortune 1000 investment company.

My expertise crosses a wide range from executive and senior management coaching and leadership development to strategic planning, public relations and brand development, and organization design and transformation.

In addition to my business experience, I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and is a NCC national board certified counselor, LPCC. My blend of extensive leadership and management experience, combined with experience as a clinical counselor, provide me with a unique set of skills and perspective that can help organizations increase their human capacity, improve problem-solving and decision making, engage employees, and fire up management teams for success.
